With his award in Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarding and Customs Proficiency Certificate, Mr. Joseph joined Jubilee Shipping Service limited in 2007 and rose to the position of Operation Manager until 2017, when he left to establish his own company as the Chief Executive officer for Joemens Shipping Service limited.
During his career with Jubilee Shipping Service limited, he achieved excellence, especially in areas of good management service and the supervision of over 20 staffs through the application of professional principles of clearing and forwarding.
In 2018, Mr. Joseph, as one of the company’s owners, was appointed the Chief Executive Officer at Joemens Shipping Service limited and has successfully led the company to achieve commendable growth and reputation as one of the Best Freight Forwarding and Logistics Company in the Country.
He acquired his rich experience through various positions held in some world-class multi-international companies among the major players in the industry where he did not just worked but managed to surmount crucial deadlines for critical logistics and essentials, which has tremendously contributed to their growth and thereby putting in place innovative structures to enhance customer satisfaction.
He has a good knowledge of the significant ports worldwide, particularly in Africa, both seaports and airports, including dry ports. This is the result of his strong passion for the shipping industry coupled with his bilingual skills in English. His ambition is to be a marketing leader in the logistics industry, thereby developing a special brand which the first of its kind as a result of strategic market intelligence research over the years and innovations all geared towards customer satisfaction.
